What is Women’s Health Coaching, And Is It Right for Me?
At some point in her life, each woman will face some kind of ailment, or obstacle to overcome. Your coaching environment is a safe, reliable, and non-judgmental space for you to bring your health concerns and personal challenges to the surface. You will develop a professional relationship with your online women’s health coach (me!). I am here to aid and empower you in navigating big changes.

My approach is simple: I allow you to be yourself and meet you where you are. From there, we are able to collaborate on a plan to get you from point A to point Z. You are in the driver’s seat and I am your trusty co-pilot, willing to ride with you to the end of the line!

WHAT IS WOMEN'S HEALTH COACHING LIKE?
When we work together, we meet virtually via video chat. I have you complete an intake form so I can assess your needs prior to our first meeting.
By the end of our first session together, we will determine which coaching program best fits your needs. Regardless of the track you need to follow we will continue to have virtual meetings at regular intervals.
On top of the live sessions, you will also receive email support and support from the Facebook group Holistically Healthy Women!
HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST?
Your program and payment options will be discussed at the end of your free initial coaching session if we determine we are a good fit to work together
A typical coaching 3-month coaching program looks like:
- Nutrigenetics lab test ($395 Value)
- 6 one-on-one calls (via Zoom)
- Personalized action plan
- Email + Voxer Communication
- Post Coaching Feedback
Total: $1500

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) which is an esteemed credential provided by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners. It represents a professional standard of training, education, and assessment in all aspects of healthcare and wellness for credentialed health and wellness coaches.
I also hold the following health and wellness coaching certifications:
- Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition)
- HeartMath Coach for physical, emotional, and mental resilience (HeartMath Institute)
- Certified Women’s Health Coach (Integrative Women’s Health Institute)
Finally, I am a Master of Science candidate for Nutrition and Integrative Health at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
